For Healthcare Professionals

Referrals made to Onslow Memorial Hospital Imaging can be faxed to 577-2405 along with the referral order form that should be completely filled out.

Orders can also be sent through the AccuReg Order Manager Application. AccuReg Order Manager is a web-based application that allows physicians’ offices to create a request for services and submit that request as a valid physician order, as well as a request for pre-registration, or a request for authorization. If your office would like more information on this application, contact the Physician Relations Specialist, Victoria Morales.

Provider offices can view results on Meditech or via fax after services are completed. Patients can view results via their My Patient Portal. Please give results a few days to update. For questions, please call the office where the order was sent.
