Join us for Onslow Memorial Hospital's 3rd Annual Hop Into Health—a free, fun-filled wellness event for the whole family! Mark your calendar for Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.Hop Into Health offers free health screenings, educational resources, and a chance to connect with neighbors in a lively, family-friendly setting. Enjoy screenings inside the Onslow Memorial Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, while outdoor activities, including community tables, face painting, interactive fun, and our highly anticipated Easter Egg Hunt, take place on the front lawn.
Free health screenings include:

  • Stroke screening to include blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol
  • Body mass index
  • Hearing
  • Skin cancer
  • Breast cancer
  • Prostate
  • And take home colorectal kits.

Community resources in attendance include but are not limited to Onslow County Health Department, Onslow Community Paramedics, United Way, OHLA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ameritas, New River YMCA, Evergreen Prosthetics and Orthotics, Jacksonville Police Department, Onslow Women Center, Onslow County Cooperative Extension, Johnsons Funeral Home, 5 Star Nutrition, and Marine Credit Federal Credit Union.

Easter Egg Hunts:- 2:00 p.m.: Ages 0–3 (parents welcome to help)- 2:45 p.m.: Ages 4–8 (kids hunt on their own!)
