Wel­come Summer

Welcome summer and all that goes with it! It has been a few months since my last column and so much has happened.

We are wrapping up the level of involvement that Huron has had with The Impact Project and yet we continue to find new and creative ways to progress.

We have a new partnership with UNC Health Care that has demonstrated incredible wins in just seven months’ time. The resources UNC provides enrich what we have to offer every day and UNC is a wonderful partner. We have seen immediate benefits in supply chain, pharmacy, and networking through the UNC system-wide roundtables. Thank you to everyone who has acted as ambassadors for Onslow. UNC Health Care holds all of you in the highest regard and this bodes well for an ongoing favorable relationship.

I am so very proud of the dedication and commitment you all have continued to show with an abundance of change in our immediate environment. As we move through the summer months, take time for some much needed relaxation, spend time with your family, be safe, and please pray that this is a slow hurricane season.
