Stork Express is a streamlined, fast-past introduction to childbirth preparation. This will include information on resources, the routines, physical layout and “what to expect” when you come to have your baby. The class also provides expectant families with tools for planning their childbirth experience, information on labor, delivery, breastfeeding, after delivery care, nursery care and planning for discharge.

This is provided FREE and is a 2 day session. Participants are encouraged to be in their 7th month of pregnancy and sign up early by calling 577-2581.
