Onslow. Memorial Hospital
The New Radiation/Oncology Center
On August 19, 2010 many witnessed the open house for the long-awaited Radiation Oncology Center. The support of local businesses and members of the community has helped to make the dream of providing this facility to cancer patients a reality.
At the open house, the OMH Foundation presented a $121,000 charitable contribution to OMH, to go toward the cost of constructing the Radiation Oncology Center. Without the sponsors for Key West Island Fest, held in February, the Foundation would not have experienced this incredible opportunity.
Those who attended the open house had the opportunity to browse The Onslow Radiation Oncology Wall of Honor, at the entrance to the Center.
