Expert Tip of the Week: Don't take a holiday from healthy eating

 Memorial Day gatherings can be especially challenging for people trying to lose weight, according to Korin Gagnon.

But Gagnon, a registered dietitian at Onslow Memorial Hospital, said it doesn’t have to be.

Holiday weekends and gatherings this time of year typically occur outdoors, and Gagnon suggests taking advantage of exercise opportunities.
